Accountabilities
In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective solutions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs and requirements.
- Break down business requirements into user stories and artifacts for agile sprint execution with product owners and development teams.
- Map business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and solution improvement.
- Represent requirements through diagrams, models, and structured documentation.
- Conduct and facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and agile ceremonies using structured facilitation techniques.
- Support the identification of reusable IT services across different business processes.
- Work closely with UX and product teams to ensure user-centered design principles are applied.
- Contribute to requirement refinement and backlog prioritization in agile environments.
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent higher education with a relevant postgraduate specialization (minimum 360 hours).
- Around 3 years of experience in business requirements analysis, agile environments, and user story writing.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Inception.
- Experience facilitating workshops using Design Thinking and Design Sprint techniques.
- Knowledge of UX principles applied to business analysis.
- Ability to map and structure business requirements clearly and visually.
- Experience working closely with product owners and development teams in agile delivery.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as PSPO I, UX-PM Level 2, or related are considered a plus.
