This role offers the opportunity to act as a key technical reference in the definition and evolution of software architectures for complex digital solutions. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation. Working closely with development teams and stakeholders, you will guide architectural decisions and establish best practices that shape the entire engineering lifecycle. Accountabilities:

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Information Technology or a related field, complemented by postgraduate specialization or equivalent academic qualification. You should have solid experience in backend development and software engineering practices, with strong architectural knowledge and a focus on quality and automation.

• 3+ years of experience in backend development (Java or similar enterprise environments)
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Experience with APIs (RESTful services), microservices, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and SonarQube
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts
• Understanding of testing frameworks and quality assurance tools
• Exposure to cloud and modern architecture frameworks (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF desirable)
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to lead technical discussions
