This role is focused on creating visually engaging and strategically aligned graphic materials that enhance brand communication and user experience across multiple channels. The professional will work on both digital and offline design projects, transforming concepts into impactful visual assets that support marketing and communication goals. Operating in a creative and collaborative environment, the designer will interact closely with stakeholders to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment. The role requires both creative thinking and technical precision, from concept development to final production. It also involves adapting materials for different formats and audiences while maintaining high design standards. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the visual identity and storytelling of multiple brands in a dynamic marketing context.

Accountabilities:

• Develop visual communication materials for both online and offline channels, ensuring high-quality and brand-aligned design output.
• Adapt, format, and diagram text and layouts for different types of graphic pieces and communication needs.
• Make adjustments and refinements to designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
• Prepare and present design concepts and final pieces to clients in a clear and structured manner.
• Finalize and prepare production-ready files for delivery to clients and external suppliers.
• Understand and apply the tone, identity, and positioning of each brand in all creative outputs.
• Maintain organized and updated file structures and design assets for efficient workflow management.
• Stay updated on best practices, tools, and techniques in graphic design to continuously improve output quality.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within advertising or marketing environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of layout composition, visual hierarchy, and design principles.
• Experience with print and digital production processes, including file preparation and finalization.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Organizational skills and ability to maintain structured design asset libraries.
• Nice to have: experience with video editing tools and web design tools.
