This role is centered on creating high-impact visual experiences that combine strong aesthetics with performance-driven marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing complete visual identities, digital campaigns, and conversion-focused assets that directly support business growth. The position requires a balance of creative excellence and strategic thinking, ensuring that every design decision contributes to engagement and conversion. You will also design and prototype landing pages, collaborating closely with developers to ensure faithful implementation of your work. In addition, you will play a leadership role, guiding other designers and managing multiple projects in parallel. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly focused on marketing performance and innovation. This is a key creative role where design directly influences user behavior and business results.


Accountabilities:

  • Lead the creation of complete visual identities for digital products, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Design high-performance marketing assets for paid media, social networks, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Develop landing page layouts in Figma, focusing on usability, visual impact, and conversion optimization.
  • Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and improve user experience through testing and feedback.
  • Supervise design execution, manage priorities, and ensure quality across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Conduct visual research and competitor analysis to identify trends and propose creative innovation.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of design strategy.
  • Ensure responsive and accessible design across all digital formats and devices.
  • Requirements:

    • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital marketing design, branding, campaigns, and UI/UX projects.
    • Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
    • Advanced English is a plus, especially for working with global references and teams.
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, funnels, and performance-driven creative strategies.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
    • Strong foundation in typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
    • Experience designing responsive layouts for multiple devices and screen sizes.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions clearly.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy and attention to detail.
