Designer/Illustrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Designer/Illustrator based in Brazil.

Bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling in a fully remote, fast-paced creative environment. As a Designer/Illustrator, you will create engaging infographics, custom illustrations, editorial layouts, and digital assets that communicate complex information with clarity and impact. Collaborating with designers, editors, and account teams, you'll contribute to a wide variety of creative projects while maintaining high design standards and meeting tight deadlines. This temporary contract is ideal for a creative professional with strong illustration skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for producing visually engaging content for international audiences.

Accountabilities:

• Design and produce original infographics, illustrations, iconography, and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator and other Creative Suite applications.
• Transform research and editorial content into clear, engaging, and visually impactful designs that effectively communicate key messages.
• Create page layouts, brochures, and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator while applying strong typography and composition principles.
• Develop UX mockups and wireframes to support digital content and design initiatives.
• Conduct visual research, source and organize stock imagery, and maintain consistency across multiple creative projects.
• Collaborate closely with design, editorial, and account teams to deliver high-quality creative work on schedule.
• Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining creative quality and project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deliverables meet established deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration, typography, editorial design, page layout, and infographic development.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling principles.
• Experience creating brochures, editorial layouts, and custom illustrations for digital and print media.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging graphics.
• Experience working directly with clients and collaborating within cross-functional creative teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring projects and multiple deadlines.
• Strong conceptual thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment and collaborating with international teams across different time zones.
