Designer Instrucional Júnior (CLT)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Designer Instrucional Júnior (CLT) based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the design and development of engaging digital learning experiences within a technology-driven education environment.
You will work across multidisciplinary teams to transform subject-matter content into effective educational resources and learning objects.
The role combines instructional design, content development, learning experience design, and production coordination.
You will help shape course materials, assessments, scripts, storyboards, and digital resources aligned with defined learning objectives.
Working closely with educators, authors, designers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will help ensure high-quality learning experiences.
You will also analyze production data and learner-focused outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:

As a Junior Instructional Designer, you will support the development and quality assurance of digital educational content, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that learning resources are aligned with pedagogical objectives and student needs.

• Support and guide multidisciplinary teams throughout content production processes, collaborating with authors, editors, reviewers, designers, developers, illustrators, production analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct briefings, training sessions, and onboarding activities with course coordinators, professors, and tutors.
• Analyze source materials across different fields of knowledge and adapt them into digital educational objects.
• Organize production schedules and workflows to optimize the development of educational materials.
• Create storyboards and/or instructional outlines based on content provided by subject-matter experts.
• Create or support the development of complex learning objects across different subject areas.
• Design and develop course scripts focused on the learning experience and the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Develop and validate tests, exercises, quizzes, and assessments based on established taxonomies and learning objectives.
• Apply different language and communication styles while maintaining appropriate Portuguese language standards.
• Coordinate and validate the delivery of final educational resources.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of learning materials based on course and discipline learning objectives.
• Contribute to production models and processes that generate measurable educational and business outcomes.
• Analyze production data and reports to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in educational resource development.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a foundation in education, instructional design, technology, or communication and is interested in creating meaningful digital learning experiences. You should combine strong written and verbal communication with organizational skills, collaboration, and an interest in innovative teaching methodologies.

• Completed degree in Education, Design, Technology, Communication, or a related field.
• Knowledge of innovative teaching methodologies and distance-learning techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of educational content development, preferably within higher education.
• Understanding of course syllabus development and learning objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong text interpretation and production abilities.
• Familiarity with virtual learning environments.
• Intermediate Excel skills for managing production workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and multiple departments.
• Basic project management knowledge, preferably in digital education environments.
• Familiarity with online meeting tools such as Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools.
• Postgraduate studies in Education, Design, Educational Technology, or Digital Education are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Interest in improving learning experiences through data, feedback, and continuous process improvement.
