Accountabilities:
- Provide centralized support for philanthropy revenue operations and fundraising pipeline management across regional teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and maintain accurate fundraising pipelines at regional, country, and project levels.
- Partner with fundraising and portfolio teams to ensure visibility into pipeline performance, opportunities, and revenue goals.
- Identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities within fundraising pipelines and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to support leadership decision-making.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across CRM systems, reporting tools, and revenue tracking frameworks.
- Support donor portfolio development through data analysis, donor pyramid creation, and opportunity tracking.
- Coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, operational processes, reporting methodologies, and data governance practices.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, helping promote consistent system usage and strong data quality standards.
- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Bachelorβs degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in operations, fundraising support, data analysis, program coordination, or related areas.
- Fluency in English and either Portuguese or Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using data to support operational or strategic decisions.
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and organization.
- Excellent business writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working across cross-functional or international teams in remote or distributed environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, database management, and reporting tools is highly desirable.
- Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and timelines is considered an advantage.
- Understanding of fundraising operations, pipeline management, or revenue tracking processes is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, budgeting, or financial documentation practices is beneficial.
