Digital CRM Consultant/developer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital CRM Consultant/Developer based in Mexico.
This role is a senior Salesforce-focused position designed for a hands-on consultant who can bridge business needs and technical execution across complex CRM ecosystems. You will work in a fully remote environment supporting enterprise clients in the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and marketing integrations. The role combines consulting, development, and solution architecture, requiring both strategic thinking and strong technical delivery skills. You will lead discovery sessions, translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure high-quality implementation aligned with Agile practices. Beyond delivery, you will play a key role in post-go-live support, continuous improvement, and data-driven optimization using dashboards and analytics. This is a high-impact role where your work directly improves CRM performance, user experience, and business decision-making.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ environments, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions.
- Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configurations.
- Support post-implementation phases by analyzing case trends, resolving technical issues, and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Salesforce Einstein Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a key liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth delivery of features within Agile Scrum environments.
- Contribute to due diligence activities, transformation roadmaps, and CRM optimization strategies for enterprise clients.
- Ensure solution quality, performance, and scalability while adhering to best practices and governance standards.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, development, or CRM solution delivery roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ (Oracle CPQ experience is a plus).
- Solid development skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
- Experience working with marketing automation or CRM integrations such as Eloqua is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to conduct business analysis, translate requirements into technical solutions, and deliver in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication skills in advanced English, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams across multiple projects.
