Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing production and project coordination, supporting the smooth execution of content-driven campaigns across multiple clients and formats. You will play a key operational role in ensuring that deliverables move efficiently through production workflows, from briefing to publication. Working closely with project managers and creative teams, you will help maintain accuracy, timelines, and quality standards across a high volume of tasks. The environment is fast-paced, structured, and highly collaborative, with strong exposure to SEO, content marketing, and digital production processes. You will gain hands-on experience with project management tools and AI-powered workflows while supporting international marketing operations. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in digital marketing operations within a remote setup.

Accountabilities

You will support the project management function by ensuring smooth coordination, tracking, and execution of digital marketing deliverables across multiple workflows and tools.

• Track deliverables, deadlines, and project statuses across project management platforms and internal systems
• Support project setup, scheduling, and updates within production workflows
• Assist in quality assurance checks for content assets including copy, formatting, and campaign materials
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting across tools such as spreadsheets and PM systems
• Participate in internal meetings and help follow through on action items and next steps
• Support ad hoc tasks such as content input, translations, and process documentation
• Contribute to the optimization of workflows through the use and exploration of AI tools

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured digital production environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, or similar roles
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Jira, or similar platforms)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work independently in a remote, desk-based setup during standard business hours
• Familiarity or interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) is a plus
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
