Accountabilities:

• Develop and adapt email marketing strategies based on client goals, industry trends, and historical performance
• Manage and execute all campaign-related activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to clients on a regular basis
• Monitor and optimize key email metrics to meet or exceed industry benchmarks
• Review and validate email content, design, and automation workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client success
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients through regular meetings and strategic discussions
• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional service offerings

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, with exposure to email marketing strategies preferred
• Strong interest in email automation, segmentation, and campaign optimization
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a structured manner
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven approach to work
• Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Omnisend, or ActiveCampaign is a plus
