Accountabilities:

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven applications that support business transformation. This role requires strong ownership of the application layer, cloud infrastructure, and production reliability, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Develop applications integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Gemini, Claude, or equivalent AI platforms through solutions including RAG pipelines, function calling, agent orchestration, and intelligent automation.
  • Own the AI application and orchestration layers, ensuring efficient integration between models, workflows, and business processes.
  • Deploy and maintain production solutions on cloud environments, including infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, IAM configuration, and observability practices.
  • Monitor and optimize model performance, cost, latency, and reliability in production environments.
  • Implement AI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and quality monitoring processes in collaboration with product stakeholders.
  • Build integrations with financial systems, automation platforms, RPAs, and workflow management tools.
  • Develop secure, maintainable, and well-tested production code following software engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to technical decisions by balancing scalability, robustness, delivery speed, and business requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of AI solutions through experimentation, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer with strong backend development experience and proven experience delivering AI solutions into production environments. You should combine software engineering fundamentals with practical knowledge of generative AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.

    • Senior-level experience in backend software development, with strong skills in Python and REST API development.
    • Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based solutions beyond prototypes, including RAG, function calling, agent orchestration, quality monitoring, and optimization.
    • Experience with generative AI technologies such as Vertex AI, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent AI stacks.
    • Production experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Run or GKE, IAM, CI/CD, and observability.
    • Strong understanding of pragmatic software architecture and the ability to prioritize technical decisions based on business impact.
    • Experience with MLOps or LLMOps practices for deploying and maintaining AI systems.
    • Knowledge of SAP FI structures and financial system integrations.
    • Familiarity with financial processes such as revenue and expense management.
    • Experience integrating automation solutions such as RPA, IDP, Pipefy, or workflow platforms.
    • Experience working in Shared Services Centers (CSC) or similar operational environments is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
