In this role, you will be part of a highly collaborative and innovation-driven engineering environment focused on building, automating, and scaling robust infrastructure and delivery pipelines. You will contribute directly to the reliability, performance, and evolution of mission-critical systems used in high-volume transaction environments. The position involves strong interaction with development, architecture, and product teams to ensure seamless CI/CD processes and cloud-native operations. You will play a key role in improving deployment efficiency, system observability, and operational stability. Accountabilities
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and improve software delivery processes, ensuring fast, secure, and reliable deployments across environments.
- Manage infrastructure provisioning and configuration using modern DevOps practices, supporting scalable and resilient cloud architectures.
- Work with distributed systems, supporting product requirements through technical implementation and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Identify, track, and resolve technical debt while continuously improving system performance and maintainability.
- Monitor production environments, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure quick resolution of operational issues.
- Collaborate with technical leadership and product owners to clarify requirements, report progress, and support decision-making.
- Maintain configuration, version control, and artifact management tools to ensure consistency across development workflows.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
- Solid experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in Linux environments, Shell scripting, Git, GitLab, and repository management tools such as Nexus.
- Understanding of distributed systems architecture and modern software delivery practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in agile teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, autonomy, responsibility, and resilience in fast-paced environments.
