Accountabilities:

• Manage and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments, including server and cluster administration.
• Support critical applications and ensure operational stability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Execute deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure changes using DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
• Administer Kubernetes and AKS clusters, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Manage Azure infrastructure components, Azure Functions, and related cloud services.
• Support database administration activities, including procedures, triggers, and general database management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and managed service partners to ensure service quality and SLA/SLO compliance.
• Contribute to incident resolution, operational improvements, automation initiatives, and infrastructure optimization efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Azure Infrastructure, Kubernetes/AKS, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and application support.
• Experience managing infrastructure environments, deployments, and cloud-based operations.
• Knowledge of database administration, including procedures, triggers, and general maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Experience with release management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for critical applications.
• Advanced or fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in dynamic and mission-critical environments.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, Terraform, or ITIL are considered a strong advantage.
