- Proven ability to lead through influence and operate effectively as a strategic interface between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.
- Experience with market-recognized certifications such as TOGAF, BIAN Foundation, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or GCP Solutions Architect Professional is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Internal Audit, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), or Internal Controls is considered a plus, particularly within financial or regulated environments.
- Experience with agentification initiatives, agent evaluation or evaluation harnesses, and GenAIOps practices is desirable.
- Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms such as Vertex AI Agent Builder or equivalent technologies is an additional advantage.
- Opportunity to work on high-impact architecture initiatives involving data, automation, Generative AI, AI agents, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture.
- Strategic exposure to business and engineering leadership, with the opportunity to influence architectural decisions across multiple organizational domains.
- Hands-on involvement in emerging agentic AI capabilities, including AI orchestration, evaluation, and enterprise adoption.
- Exposure to complex architecture challenges spanning business capabilities, applications, integration, data, infrastructure, technology, and security.
- Opportunity to contribute to the modernization of Internal Audit through scalable, innovative, and technology-driven solutions.
