This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Especialista de Arquitetura de TI based in Brazil.

This role is responsible for designing the architecture of a unified SDK that supports secure and reliable digital experiences at scale. You will define a cohesive, scalable, and auditable technical foundation connecting components for capture, detection, and object trust validation. The position establishes technical standards for security, integration, performance, and API governance across development teams. You will operate at the intersection of long-term architecture strategy and hands-on technical execution, making critical design trade-offs and architectural decisions. The role also requires close collaboration across architecture, engineering, and security teams to ensure resilient and secure solutions. You will help evolve high-performance platforms while maintaining backward compatibility, observability, and production reliability.

Accountabilities:

• Design and evolve the architecture of a unified, multiplatform SDK supporting secure capture, detection, and object trust validation capabilities.
• Define technical standards and architectural patterns for security, integration, scalability, performance, and reliability across development teams.
• Make complex architectural and design decisions, balancing technical trade-offs, business impact, security requirements, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Design and govern APIs across modules, including REST, gRPC, and event-driven architectures, ensuring clear contracts and sustainable integration patterns.
• Establish and maintain versioning strategies, backward compatibility, and API lifecycle practices to support continuous platform evolution without disrupting existing consumers.
• Provide technical guidance on distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, microservices, containers, and orchestration environments.
• Ensure that SDK evolution maintains appropriate production response times, reliability, observability, and operational performance.
• Establish and promote observability practices including monitoring, distributed logging, tracing, and performance analysis.
• Support secure-by-design development through application security, encryption, authentication, authorization, and secure communication practices.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, security, and other stakeholders to align technical decisions and ensure consistent implementation across teams.
• Act as a technical reference and mentor, helping development teams apply architectural standards and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to continuous delivery, release engineering, and automation practices that improve the quality and reliability of platform releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; postgraduate education or specialization in Software Architecture, Software Engineering, or Information Security is an advantage.
• Strong professional experience designing distributed systems and mission-critical platforms, with a track record of making architecture decisions for complex technical environments.
• Proven experience designing and evolving SDKs, libraries, or multiplatform frameworks, preferably in environments where performance, security, and backward compatibility are critical.
• Advanced proficiency in Go and Java, with strong knowledge of performance optimization, secure development, and scalable software design.
• Solid experience designing and governing REST and gRPC APIs, as well as event-driven architectures, including versioning, compatibility, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with cloud-native environments, microservices, containers, and orchestration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of observability practices, including monitoring, distributed logging, tracing, and production performance analysis.
• Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, release engineering, and modern software delivery practices.
• Knowledge of application security, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and communication-channel protection.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities, with the capacity to evaluate technical decisions based on risk, scalability, and business impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborative, innovative, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to navigate complex technical problems and align multiple teams.
• Experience with fraud-prevention platforms, digital identity, biometrics, device validation, or security-focused products is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Device Integrity, Runtime Protection, Anti-Tampering, Root/Jailbreak Detection, Application Shielding, Zero Trust Architecture, or Secure-by-Design practices is desirable.
• Experience with Android and iOS mobile SDKs, high-scale environments processing millions of daily transactions, or products serving financial institutions, fintechs, and payment platforms is a plus.
• Previous experience with security, authentication, or fraud-prevention platforms and certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or CISSP are considered advantageous.
