This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Especialista de Infraestrutura - Microsoft based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to manage and evolve large-scale Microsoft infrastructure environments within a technology-driven organization.
You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of critical enterprise platforms.
The position combines expertise in endpoint management, cloud services, automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.
You will work with complex distributed environments, supporting business continuity across multiple locations and teams.

Accountabilities

The Especialista de Infraestrutura - Microsoft will be responsible for administering, supporting, and improving enterprise infrastructure platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and operational efficiency across critical environments. The role requires strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with multiple teams to maintain and evolve technology services.

  • Administer, support, and continuously improve Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), ensuring the health of the hierarchy, Distribution Points, clients, and endpoint management processes.
  • Manage software distribution, operating system deployment, imaging processes, patch management, and compliance activities across the corporate environment.
  • Create, test, and implement Task Sequences for automation of operating system installations, application deployments, and infrastructure processes.
  • Develop and maintain customized SCCM reports using SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to monitor inventory, compliance, and deployment status.
  • Support critical incidents, operational alerts, and infrastructure projects by developing scripts, troubleshooting issues, and improving processes.
  • Manage production routines, scheduled jobs, and operational activities while ensuring service availability within agreed maintenance windows.
  • Provide support for on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including Windows Server environments and enterprise applications.
  • Administer Microsoft platforms including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, WSUS, and Certification Authority.
  • Support Azure applications, Enterprise Applications, App Registrations, and related cloud services.
  • Configure and maintain monitoring and asset management solutions such as Zabbix, Dynatrace, SCCM, and Grafana.
  • Define monitoring metrics, alerts, thresholds, dashboards, maintenance windows, and automation rules to improve service visibility.
  • Participate in escalation processes and crisis management, communicating technical information and coordinating service recovery.
  • Perform capacity planning, create technical documentation, and lead continuous improvement initiatives for enterprise services.
  • Contribute to infrastructure modernization projects, automation initiatives, and operational excellence practices.
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate is an experienced infrastructure professional with deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, cloud services, and enterprise operations. You should have strong analytical skills, technical autonomy, and experience supporting complex environments with high availability requirements.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related technology fields.
    • Advanced English proficiency required for technical documentation, vendor interactions, and collaboration with global teams.
    • At least 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) in large corporate environments.
    • Experience supporting geographically distributed environments such as headquarters, distribution centers, and retail locations.
    • Strong knowledge of SCCM/MECM administration, including hierarchy management, Distribution Points, boundaries, client health, software distribution, patching, collections, queries, baselines, and reporting.
    • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, application deployment, and SCCM/Intune co-management scenarios.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identities, device management, App Registrations, and Enterprise Applications.
    • Experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, DNS, GPO, WSUS, PKI, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 services.
    • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
    • Experience supporting Windows Server environments in on-premises and cloud environments.
    • Knowledge of VMware environments, including vSphere and vCenter administration.
    • Experience with storage and datacenter technologies such as Hitachi Storage, 3PAR, and Brocade SAN.
    • Experience with monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, Dynatrace, SCCM, and Grafana.
    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and ITIL processes.
    • Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain technical knowledge bases.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104, MCSA, or MCSE are considered a plus.
