This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Especialista em Finanças | FP&A based in Brazil.

This is a senior, highly autonomous role focused on turning financial data into strategic business intelligence and actionable decisions.
You will lead corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis across the organization.
The role combines deep analytical expertise with strong business partnering and executive-level communication.
You will help shape how leaders understand performance, allocate capital, manage risks, and evaluate new opportunities.
You will also lead the development of financial dashboards, data structures, and scalable reporting processes.
Working in a technology-driven and high-growth environment, you will bring structure to complex and ambiguous challenges.

Accountabilities

• Lead the corporate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycle, ensuring financial projections remain aligned with business objectives and are continuously reviewed and refined.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to finance team members, coordinating analytical initiatives and fostering collaboration, critical thinking, and continuous development.

• Build sophisticated business cases, corporate financial models, management analyses, and scenario simulations to support executive decision-making, profitability, capital allocation, and risk management.

• Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner, collaborating with business leaders, challenging assumptions, monitoring budgets, and translating financial information into actionable recommendations.

• Design and maintain advanced financial dashboards and reporting structures using tools such as Google Sheets, Power BI, and Looker Studio, ensuring reliable and scalable access to key metrics.

• Lead financial data architecture and governance initiatives, improving the quality, consistency, and usability of information across the organization.

• Support the development of a finance-oriented culture by mentoring leaders and helping teams build greater autonomy and accountability in managing their budgets and financial performance.

• Coordinate the integration between Controllership and Treasury, improving the connection between actual results and financial planning while strengthening the quality and timeliness of financial information.

• Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve analytical workflows through technology, data integrations, and emerging AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• Extensive senior-level or specialist experience in FP&A, corporate planning, strategic finance, or other highly analytical financial functions.

• Strong analytical capabilities combined with a strategic understanding of business operations and demonstrated experience acting as a Finance Business Partner.

• Advanced expertise in corporate financial modeling and Google Sheets.

• Strong technical experience designing and building financial dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to structure complex corporate data and establish processes from the ground up in highly ambiguous environments.

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence decisions across different areas of the business.

• Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and strategic contexts.

• Experience providing technical leadership within finance teams, particularly in technology companies or high-growth environments, is desirable.

• Experience with data automation using Python, APIs, advanced SQL, or similar technologies is a plus.

• Practical experience applying AI to financial workflows, including LLM-based automation, is considered an advantage.
