This role is designed for a highly analytical SAP data professional who will play a critical part in large-scale digital transformation programs, especially SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring that business-critical data is accurately migrated, validated, and reconciled across complex enterprise environments. Working closely with functional and technical teams, this position bridges business requirements and data engineering execution to guarantee data integrity, consistency, and readiness for go-live. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and strongly oriented toward innovation and continuous improvement. This role also demands strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple data streams across global projects. Accountabilities

• Lead and support end-to-end data migration activities in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and transformation projects
• Analyze, cleanse, validate, and prepare master and transactional data for migration processes
• Define data requirements, mapping rules, and migration strategies in collaboration with business and technical teams
• Design and execute ETL processes, including extraction, transformation, validation, and data loading
• Perform data quality assessments and implement corrective actions to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support testing cycles (mock loads, integration testing, UAT) as well as cutover and go-live planning activities
• Develop and maintain migration documentation, mapping specifications, and reconciliation reports
• Investigate and resolve data migration issues and inconsistencies across systems
• Contribute to data governance standards and the evolution of master data management practices
• Monitor migration KPIs and report progress, risks, and deviations to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in SAP data migration, master data management, or data governance
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP data objects (Finance, Material Master, Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, BOM, Routing, etc.)
• Experience with SAP modules such as MM, PP, EWM, SD, or related business processes
• Solid understanding of data migration methodologies, including cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI, or similar
• Advanced English for professional communication (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• SAP certifications (MDG or functional modules) are a strong plus
• Experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM) and SAP Data Services (BODS) is highly desirable
• Knowledge of SQL, SAP architecture, and global project environments is a plus
