We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Specialist to support business operations through functional expertise, system maintenance, and continuous improvements.
This role will focus on ensuring the stability and efficiency of SAP MM processes while supporting users, projects, and operational demands.
You will contribute to incident resolution, system enhancements, and functional configurations in a dynamic consulting environment.
The position requires strong knowledge of SAP MM, familiarity with related modules, and experience in AMS and production support activities.
You will collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for optimization and ensure service level commitments are achieved.

Accountabilities:
As an SAP MM Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP MM operations, ensuring system reliability and effective service delivery. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Provide functional support and operational assistance for SAP MM environments.
- Handle incidents, service requests, enhancements, and improvement initiatives related to SAP MM processes.
- Perform SAP MM functional configurations according to business requirements.
- Support continuous improvements and contribute to SAP-related projects.
- Analyze and resolve issues while ensuring timely incident management and SLA compliance.
- Work closely with business users and technical teams to maintain operational continuity.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
- Contribute to AMS (Application Management Services) activities and support ongoing system evolution.
- Strong professional experience with SAP MM functional processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM support, configuration, and maintenance activities.
- Previous experience working with AMS, production support, and incident management.
- Experience handling SAP-related tickets, improvements, and implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP SD processes is required.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in industries such as Energy, Utilities, or Infrastructure is considered a plus.
