This is a strategic HR Business Partner role serving as a key interface between People functions and business leadership.
You will help leaders navigate organizational change while connecting people strategies directly to business priorities and results.
The role goes beyond day-to-day HR routines, with a strong focus on transformation, organizational development, engagement, and culture.
You will translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business challenges into practical, structured, and executable people solutions.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and strengthen leadership capabilities.

Accountabilities:
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, supporting business leaders in structuring and implementing organizational changes and people strategies.
- Ensure effective execution of core HR processes and cycles, including performance management, calibration, compensation cycles, talent attraction, engagement, and succession planning.
- Translate ambiguous or complex business challenges into pragmatic, structured, and actionable people plans.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify organizational needs and develop solutions that address both immediate priorities and longer-term business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted sparring partner and mentor to executives, strengthening leadership maturity and people-management capabilities.
- Connect people data and insights with business performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders while constructively challenging perspectives and recommending solutions that address real business needs.
- Drive initiatives related to organizational transformation, restructuring, and accelerated change, ensuring alignment between people, culture, and business outcomes.
- Manage priorities and interfaces with autonomy, ensuring high-quality deliverables, clear communication, and consistent execution under pressure.
- Solid experience working as an HR Business Partner at an Expert or equivalent senior level.
- Practical experience with change management, organizational restructuring, or fast-paced turnaround environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities, particularly the ability to connect people data with business performance indicators.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Strategic and forward-looking mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop long-term people solutions.
- Strong ability to transform abstract or complex business challenges into structured, pragmatic, and executable action plans.
- High level of autonomy, resilience, organization, and accountability, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results on time.
