FBS - Loss Control Info Systems Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a FBS - Loss Control Info Systems Specialist based in Brazil.
You will join a highly structured, data-driven insurance environment supporting critical Loss Control operations within a large-scale international organization. In this role, you will act as the key link between business users, operational teams, IT, and external vendors, ensuring that multiple Loss Control systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy, compliance, and performance of essential insurance workflows and reporting systems. The position combines systems support, process optimization, and data management, requiring both technical understanding and strong operational awareness. You will be involved in troubleshooting, system improvements, and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency across teams. This is a remote role offering exposure to complex enterprise insurance platforms and continuous improvement initiatives within a global context.
Accountabilities:
- Maintain and support Loss Control systems and workflows, including platforms such as RCT, LC 360, and related vendor tools.
- Monitor system performance, identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT teams and external vendors.
- Manage workflow requests, survey assignments, and ensure accurate data uploads and system maintenance activities.
- Generate and maintain vendor and operational reports, ensuring data accuracy across systems and dashboards.
- Support automation and process optimization initiatives using tools such as Power Automate and similar solutions.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, implementation activities, and change management processes.
- Serve as a key liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors for system integration and support.
- Contribute to documentation of workflows, procedures, and operational standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support reporting and analytics initiatives using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Provide training and day-to-day technical support to internal and external users of Loss Control systems.
- Experience in insurance operations, Loss Control, or business systems support within a commercial or enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Loss Control or insurance platforms such as RCT, LC 360, LexisNexis, or similar systems.
- Experience in systems administration, workflow management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Exposure to process automation tools such as Power Automate is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of business systems, operational workflows, and IT risk and control environments.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced operational setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
