This role is focused on delivering high-quality technical service and on-site support for advanced healthcare equipment, ensuring reliable performance and optimal functionality in clinical environments. The professional will play a key role in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical systems, directly impacting operational continuity in healthcare facilities. Working both remotely and on-site, you will provide second- and third-level technical support, helping resolve complex issues efficiently. The position requires strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage service activities in dynamic environments. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role within a global organization dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through technology and innovation.


Accountabilities:

  • Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of medical equipment and systems in customer environments.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support, including second- and third-level troubleshooting for complex issues.
  • Prioritize, schedule, and execute technical service tasks according to operational and customer needs.
  • Support planning, estimation, and execution of technical service activities across different project phases.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal tools, processes, equipment, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage or support coordination with subcontractors and monitor service delivery quality when applicable.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and improvements related to service offerings.
  • Requirements:

    • Technical or higher education degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related fields.
    • Experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance of complex equipment, preferably in healthcare or medical technology environments.
    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing hardware and system issues.
    • Ability to work independently in field operations, managing priorities and service schedules effectively.
    • Experience providing remote and on-site technical support to customers.
    • Knowledge of service processes, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation standards.
    • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple concurrent tasks.
    • Based in Brasília-DF, Brazil.
