- Identify opportunities to improve automation, decision-making, and operational leverage through technology and AI-enabled solutions.
- Contribute to capital markets initiatives and strategic transactions as required.
- 4–6+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or other analytically rigorous roles.
- Strong financial modeling expertise, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and ideally cohort or credit-based modeling.
- Solid understanding of unit economics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and related performance metrics.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution independently with minimal guidance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to move between detailed modeling and executive-level recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with data tools; SQL proficiency or strong willingness to develop it, along with familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
- Strong business judgment and ability to make decisions under uncertainty using imperfect data.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.

- Home office setup reimbursement to support remote work.
- High visibility with leadership and direct exposure to strategic decision-making.
