Forward Deployed Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate directly with customers during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing platform optimization to maximize the value of AI-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Build and improve AI/ML applications, including prompt engineering, tuning voice systems, and optimizing transcription workflows.
• Develop and manage APIs and integrations with third-party enterprise systems to ensure seamless connectivity and operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Continuously analyze customer feedback and operational data to iterate on product functionality and improve performance.
• Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality, speed, and reliability.
• Contribute to a culture of ownership, innovation, and technical excellence across the organization.

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience in full-stack development using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on expertise with Python and building scalable backend systems.
• Experience developing AI/ML applications, including work with LLM prompting, tuning, or AI workflow optimization.
• Solid understanding of API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Self-driven mindset with strong ownership, autonomy, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments is highly valued.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI systems, orchestration tools, or automation platforms is considered a strong advantage.
