We are seeking a Full-Stack Web App Developer to build interactive, reliable, and user-focused browser applications for real-world digital products.
The role involves designing and developing complete web solutions across frontend, backend, databases, and APIs.
You will contribute to projects requiring strong engineering practices, clean architecture, and end-to-end product ownership.

Accountabilities:

The Full-Stack Web App Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving complete web applications while ensuring quality, performance, security, and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle.

• Build interactive browser-based applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, or similar technologies.
• Develop backend APIs and application logic using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, and/or Node.js frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
• Design and implement database structures, schemas, and persistence solutions using SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Create application features involving authentication, sessions, role-based access, and secure user flows.
• Integrate third-party APIs and AI/LLM services into application features and workflows.
• Develop standalone Python tools, scripts, and backend utilities when required.
• Implement frontend state management, user validation, error handling, and optimized user experiences.
• Review, debug, refactor, and improve existing full-stack applications to enhance reliability and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while troubleshooting issues across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Independently design and deliver complete features from concept to production-ready implementation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development experience and the ability to independently create and deliver complete web applications. The role requires technical versatility, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience working with modern development tools and architectures.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development or building interactive web applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript with experience using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or similar.
• Solid backend development experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and/or Node.js (Express, NestJS).
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, including request validation, authentication flows, and error handling.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite and basic schema design.
• Familiarity with deployment platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, Render, Railway, or similar services.
• Experience integrating AI services, LLM APIs, or third-party APIs into applications is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable using Git and applying basic software testing practices.
• Experience building and shipping production-ready web applications, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 or above).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields is a plus.
