Full Stack Developer (Python + React)

Accountabilities:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving scalable applications while contributing to the evolution of a high-performance E-commerce platform. You will work across backend and frontend layers, collaborate with technical teams, and help deliver reliable solutions that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale distributed systems capable of handling significant data volumes and high traffic.
• Build scalable backend services and microservices using Python, applying strong software engineering principles.
• Develop and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs to support modern digital applications.
• Create responsive and user-friendly frontend experiences using React.
• Implement event-driven solutions to improve system scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain unit, API, regression, and performance testing strategies.
• Optimize applications for low latency, fault tolerance, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve production incidents.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions and system design improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering practices, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong full-stack development experience, with proven expertise in Python backend development and React-based frontend applications. You should be comfortable working with distributed systems, cloud environments, and modern software development practices while demonstrating ownership, collaboration, and strong problem-solving abilities.

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with object-oriented programming languages, including Python.
• Strong backend development experience using Python.
• Experience designing and developing scalable distributed systems and microservices.
• Practical experience building and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Commercial experience developing frontend applications with React.
• Hands-on experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, and Redshift.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively within distributed engineering teams.
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with high-load E-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture patterns.
• Experience with performance optimization and observability tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience supporting production systems with high availability requirements.
