Full Stack Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-moving product team building a modern property management platform that connects owners, tenants, and service providers in a seamless digital ecosystem. You will contribute across the full stack, working closely with technical leadership to design, build, and scale core product features. The environment is highly collaborative, agile, and impact-driven, with strong ownership expectations. You will be involved in both greenfield development and the evolution of existing systems. The role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges across backend, frontend, and integrations. Your work will directly shape a platform that simplifies real-world property operations for multiple user types.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate directly with technical leadership to design, develop, and maintain scalable product features across the platform, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.
• Build and enhance backend services using Node.js while contributing to frontend development using React Native, Flutter, and TypeScript.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain third-party APIs and external services, including payment, financial, and CRM systems.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability as the platform grows and evolves in a production environment.
• Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices within a small agile team.
• Take full ownership of features from conception to deployment, contributing to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, ideally in SaaS, startup, or fast-paced product environments.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React Native, and Flutter with solid end-to-end development experience.
• Proven experience working with APIs, third-party integrations, and complex system connectivity (e.g., payments, financial tools, CRMs).
• Strong understanding of software architecture, databases, performance optimization, and application security principles.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration in an international environment.
• Experience working in small teams or startups, demonstrating flexibility, autonomy, and ownership mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions independently.
