Fullstack Engineer with Python and React

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications while ensuring high-quality engineering standards across multiple client projects.

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python frameworks such as Flask and Django
• Develop responsive and modern frontend applications using React and JavaScript-based technologies
• Design and optimize database structures using PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, MongoDB, and Redis
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and AWS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SaaS and enterprise-grade applications
• Ensure code quality through testing, clean architecture principles, and adherence to software engineering best practices
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across projects
• Work on end-to-end feature delivery, from design and development to deployment and maintenance

Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong full-stack engineering experience with deep expertise in Python and modern frontend frameworks, along with solid software engineering fundamentals.

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer working with open-source technologies
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Flask and Django
• Solid experience with React and JavaScript-based frontend development
• Strong understanding of databases including PostgreSQL and ORM-based systems such as SQLAlchemy
• Experience with Redis and MongoDB for scalable data storage solutions
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and containerization tools like Docker
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including OOP, data structures, and testable code practices
• Experience working in SaaS, enterprise, or consulting environments is a plus
• Familiarity with AWS and modern DevOps practices is highly valued
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in distributed, client-facing teams
