This role offers the opportunity to lead the strategic direction and growth of a complex ERP business unit within a technology-driven environment.
You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, business strategy, and financial performance of a scalable SaaS solution.
The position requires strong leadership influence to align cross-functional teams and accelerate growth initiatives.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Finance teams to drive execution.

Accountabilities:
The role is responsible for leading the business unit strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion while connecting customer needs with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Own and manage the business unit’s P&L, defining growth strategies, monetization opportunities, and market evolution plans.
- Establish the long-term vision, positioning, and commercial strategy while integrating customer needs into the broader ecosystem.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
- Identify and implement new revenue opportunities through partnerships, product expansion, new modules, and strategic integrations.
- Define performance metrics, operating rhythms, and investment priorities while balancing innovation, scalability, and financial sustainability.
- Lead strategic decisions related to platform integration and customer experience improvements.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and ensuring alignment between business goals and execution.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency, profitability, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Solid experience leading SaaS businesses or complex products, preferably within ERP, financial management, or B2B technology ecosystems.
- Proven experience managing P&L and financial metrics such as revenue, margins, LTV/CAC, and business growth indicators.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, monetization models, and pricing strategies.
- Experience defining business models including subscription plans, bundles, and freemium approaches.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams without direct reporting lines, creating alignment across different areas.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business priorities into tactical execution plans.
- Experience presenting strategies, results, and recommendations to senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and focus on operational performance, profitability, and customer outcomes.
- Experience with integrations involving e-commerce platforms and indirect sales channels such as partners, consultants, or service providers.
- Background in technology companies operating in B2B or B2B2C markets during growth and expansion phases.
- Experience launching new products, expanding portfolios, or creating new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of partner ecosystem development and strategic alliances.
- Understanding of small and medium-sized businesses and their financial management needs.
