Accountabilities:
Responsible for managing distributor relationships and driving commercial performance across the assigned territory, ensuring market coverage and business growth through strategic channel execution.
- Manage and develop relationships with distribution partners, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and compliance standards.
- Identify business opportunities within the healthcare market and convert them into sustainable revenue through distributor networks.
- Support market expansion by improving product access across healthcare institutions and regions.
- Monitor territory performance, pipeline, and key KPIs to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, optimize execution, and improve customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal commercial policies in all activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Healthcare, or related fields.
- Solid experience in commercial roles with proven exposure to healthcare portfolios or regulated industries.
- Experience managing distributors, channel partners, or territorial sales operations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and execute strategic commercial plans.
- Availability for travel and experience working with regional or territory-based sales models.
- MBA or advanced business education is a plus.

Requirements:
Experienced commercial professional with strong background in healthcare or complex B2B environments, particularly in channel or distributor management, combining analytical thinking with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
