This role is focused on driving strategic growth within the large accounts segment of a leading digital financial services environment. You will be responsible for both expanding the client portfolio through proactive prospecting and converting leads, as well as strengthening relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and revenue growth. Acting in a consultative and strategic capacity, you will identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell while ensuring an excellent client experience throughout the entire lifecycle. The position requires strong commercial acumen, financial product knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex B2B negotiations in the payments and financial services ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure tailored solutions that meet client needs and business objectives. In addition, you will represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and industry events, strengthening its presence in the market. Accountabilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, both through new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
- Act in a consultative manner, delivering tailored solutions and high-quality experiences to clients and prospects.
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Design and execute sales strategies to drive acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to maximize client lifetime value.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations with clients.
- Lead meetings (online or in-person) to close deals and strengthen ongoing relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned and effective delivery of solutions.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at events and industry gatherings to expand network and market presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in large accounts (wholesale/enterprise segment), ideally in banks, fintechs, payment institutions, or financial services companies.
- Strong background in B2B sales, including prospecting, account management, and revenue expansion.
- Solid understanding of financial products and services, especially payments and credit solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools.
- CPA-10 certification.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Availability for travel and in-person meetings or events.
- Advanced analytical and relationship management skills in complex commercial environments.
