In this role, you will lead the development and expansion of a new B2C product line focused on tools, playing a key part in shaping a strategic growth initiative. You will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from supplier sourcing and technical evaluation to market positioning and launch execution. The position combines product strategy, commercial negotiation, and hands-on execution in an international and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and sales to ensure successful product delivery. Accountabilities
You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end development of a new tools product line, ensuring technical quality, commercial viability, and competitive positioning in the market. You will also play a central role in supplier management and international negotiations.
- Lead the development of electric and manual tools, from concept to market launch
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with international suppliers and manufacturers
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including costing, sourcing, and commercialization
- Conduct technical and performance analysis to ensure product quality and competitiveness
- Develop product positioning strategies for marketplaces and B2C channels
- Define product briefs, packaging guidelines, and brand/product identity
- Oversee importation and foreign trade processes (ComΓ©rcio Exterior)
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and commercial teams for go-to-market execution
- Ensure supplier homologation and compliance with quality standards
- Support strategic decisions for portfolio expansion and market entry
- Proven experience in product development with suppliers (preferably tools or related categories)
- Strong knowledge of importation and foreign trade processes
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from sourcing to launch
- Advanced English (mandatory) for international negotiation
- Strong analytical thinking and critical evaluation of product viability and quality
- Experience with supplier negotiation, costing, and commercial structuring
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and commercial teams
