You will be responsible for managing complex portfolios of agile projects, ensuring alignment between delivery teams, external partners, and business stakeholders. Acting as a strategic connector, you will help translate execution data into executive insights, enabling better decision-making at leadership level. The position also involves coordinating external consultancies, ensuring quality, scope adherence, and performance across deliveries. Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end program and portfolio governance, ensuring transparency on timelines, costs, and delivery progress across multiple agile initiatives. You will orchestrate external consulting partners, working closely with internal engineering and product teams to guarantee alignment on scope, quality, and expectations. Additionally, you will define and maintain performance metrics and reporting artifacts, transforming delivery data into clear executive-level insights that support strategic decision-making.

  • Manage technology portfolios and multi-project programs, ensuring visibility of progress, deadlines, and budgets
  • Coordinate and oversee external consultancies and vendors, ensuring delivery quality and contractual alignment
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to align execution across internal and external stakeholders
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, and governance reports to track performance, health, and delivery efficiency
  • Support executive communication by translating technical and agile data into structured business insights
  • Ensure adherence to agile and traditional project management frameworks across initiatives
  • Requirements

    We are looking for a professional with strong experience in project and portfolio management, combining structured governance with agile delivery environments. You should have a proven track record in managing multiple concurrent initiatives and external vendors, as well as the ability to turn complex data into actionable executive insights. Strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and organizational excellence are essential for success in this role.

    • Solid experience in project management (traditional and agile environments), including portfolio/program management
    • Proven experience managing external vendors, consultancies, or third-party partners
    • Strong knowledge of PMBOK and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
    • Ability to define and track KPIs, budgets, schedules, and delivery metrics (Gantt, burndown, velocity)
    • Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar portfolio management platforms
    • Strong analytical mindset with ability to transform technical data into executive reporting
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Experience with budgeting, contracts, and financial tracking is a plus
    • Familiarity with BI tools for dashboards and reporting is desirable
    • Certifications such as PMP, PSM, or CSM are considered a strong advantage
