Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality social media video content while leveraging modern editing techniques and AI-driven workflows. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to deliver engaging assets aligned with brand objectives and platform requirements.

• Edit short-form video content using DaVinci Resolve and AI-powered editing tools while maintaining strong creative and technical standards.
• Create social-first videos optimized for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously, ensuring fast turnaround times and consistent delivery quality.
• Translate creative concepts into compelling video stories for different audiences and markets.
• Explore and implement new AI tools, automation methods, and production workflows to improve efficiency.
• Apply quality control processes to ensure content follows brand guidelines, platform best practices, and creative expectations.
• Collaborate remotely with production teams to refine processes and continuously improve content output.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong video editing expertise with curiosity for AI-powered creative tools and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced freelance environment.

• Previous experience as a freelance video editor, ideally creating social media, podcast, or digital content videos.
• Advanced proficiency with DaVinci Resolve, including color grading and post-production workflows.
• Experience using AI-powered subtitle automation, transcription tools, and generative video workflows.
• Strong knowledge of sound design, audio editing, mixing, and final mastering processes.
• Experience managing remote freelance projects and delivering content within deadlines.
• Comfortable experimenting with new AI technologies and integrating them into creative workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills; German proficiency at B2–C1 level is highly valued.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for social media trends, short-form content creation, and AI innovation.
• Availability to work on a freelance/project basis, ideally from Latin America to support international collaboration across time zones.
