Graphic Desginer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer in Brazil.

This role is designed for a highly detail-oriented graphic designer who thrives in fast-paced, production-heavy environments where precision and speed are equally important. You will be responsible for producing high volumes of print-ready creative assets, primarily focused on signage, banners, trade show materials, and large-format graphics. The position requires strong technical expertise in Adobe Illustrator and a solid understanding of pre-press and production workflows. You will operate within a structured internal system, managing multiple simultaneous requests and ensuring each file meets strict production standards. This is a fully remote opportunity within a collaborative and process-driven team environment. It is ideal for someone who enjoys execution-focused design work and delivering consistent, high-quality output under tight deadlines.

Accountabilities:

• Produce high-quality, production-ready artwork for signage, banners, trade show graphics, and other large-format print materials
• Manage a high-volume design queue, handling approximately 20–40 daily requests with accuracy and efficiency
• Interpret job briefs and design instructions within internal workflow systems and ensure correct execution
• Prepare and export files for both large-format and offset printing while maintaining strict technical standards
• Collaborate internally with sales and production teams to clarify requirements and ensure smooth workflow execution
• Monitor project progress and independently move tasks through different production stages
• Maintain organization and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute to continuous workflow and process improvements

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in print or production-focused environments
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong knowledge of print production workflows
• Hands-on experience with signage, large-format printing, trade show graphics, or related industries
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and production readiness
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a structured approach to tasks
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
• Strong written English communication skills for internal collaboration
• Nice to have: experience with pre-press file setup and workflow tools such as Corebridge
