This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer I based in Mexico.

This is an opportunity for an early-career designer to help bring a global brand to life through high-impact physical and digital experiences.
You’ll focus heavily on print and editorial design, creating everything from event signage and vinyl wraps to flyers and branded materials.
The role combines strong design fundamentals with practical production expertise, ensuring every asset is visually polished and technically ready for delivery.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to understand real-world spaces, installation requirements, and production constraints.
You’ll also contribute to digital branding and new brand initiatives, helping maintain consistency across multiple customer touchpoints.
The environment is fast-paced, remote-first, collaborative, and built around ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
It’s a strong fit for a detail-oriented designer who enjoys solving practical creative problems and seeing their work move from concept to reality.

Accountabilities

  • Print and event design: Create large-format materials including event signage, vinyl and window wraps, booth designs, flyers, and other physical marketing assets for hosted and sponsored events.
  • Production-ready artwork: Prepare files for professional printing with accurate bleed, trim, color modes, dimensions, and vendor specifications using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Brand consistency: Apply established brand guidelines consistently across physical, print, editorial, and digital touchpoints while contributing to the evolution of visual identity initiatives.
  • Digital design support: Use Figma to support layouts, social templates, landing page graphics, and other light digital branding needs while maintaining consistency with print work.
  • Event collaboration: Partner with events and marketing operations teams to understand venue spaces, dimensions, scale, installation requirements, and production constraints before finalizing designs.
  • Vendor coordination: Work directly with print vendors, review proofs, identify production issues, and resolve potential errors before materials are printed or installed.
  • Creative development: Contribute to new brand initiatives from early concept development through final execution and launch.
  • Feedback and iteration: Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately, balancing creative quality with production deadlines and business priorities.
  • Quality control: Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the design and production process, proactively identifying issues before they become costly or time-consuming.
  • Requirements

    • Professional experience: 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, including relevant internships or apprenticeships.
    • Education: A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
    • Print expertise: Demonstrated real-world experience with print and editorial design, particularly large-format or event-based materials. A portfolio featuring actual print production work is required; digital branding experience is a plus.
    • Adobe expertise: Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, which is the most important technical skill for the role, along with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
    • Figma: Working knowledge of Figma and the ability to support digital design requirements when needed.
    • Print production knowledge: Strong understanding of bleed, trim, color profiles, file preparation, dimensions, proofing, and vendor requirements for large-format printing.
    • Design fundamentals: Strong visual hierarchy, typography, layout, composition, and branding skills, with the ability to maintain quality across both physical and digital formats.
    • Problem solving: A curious, hands-on approach to understanding how designs are produced, printed, installed, and experienced in the real world—not simply how they appear on screen.
    • Attention to detail: Ability to spot small inconsistencies and production issues before they become expensive or difficult to correct.
    • Independence: Comfortable handling projects of limited scope independently while learning and applying established standards, processes, and brand guidelines.
    • Adaptability: Able to balance speed, creativity, quality, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, events, operations, and external vendors.
    • Feedback mindset: Comfortable receiving direct feedback, iterating quickly, and continuously improving creative work.
    • Location: Based in Mexico.
    • Benefits

      • Remote-first work environment with the flexibility to work from Mexico.
      • Opportunity to work on a globally recognized brand across print, editorial, events, and digital experiences.
      • Hands-on exposure to large-format print production and real-world brand execution.
      • Opportunity to contribute to new brand initiatives and help shape creative work from concept through launch.
      • Collaboration with international, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
      • Culture centered on ownership, initiative, innovation, and continuous improvement.
      • Opportunity for professional growth within a rapidly expanding global organization.
      • Inclusive, equal-opportunity working environment.
      • Compensation and benefits package aligned with the role, experience, and local market.
