Growth Analyst

Accountabilities

• Support strategic growth initiatives by developing multi-year growth plans, evaluating expansion opportunities, and identifying potential business model improvements.
• Conduct market entry and expansion assessments by analyzing opportunities, prioritizing markets, and developing structured recommendations.
• Build commercial due diligence analyses, business cases, and financial models to support investment decisions, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
• Perform competitive intelligence research to identify market dynamics, competitor positioning, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Develop go-to-market strategies by analyzing customer segments, sales channels, operational constraints, and growth opportunities.
• Manage client engagements from problem definition through final delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs, clear communication, and actionable recommendations.
• Apply AI-powered tools to improve research efficiency, synthesis, and presentation quality while maintaining strong analytical judgment and strategic thinking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting, advisory, professional services firm, or high-performing corporate strategy and growth role.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous business problems using analytical frameworks and deliver clear, executive-level recommendations.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, business modeling, growth strategy, or commercial assessments.
• Ability to independently manage client engagements, including defining project scope, managing stakeholders, and delivering polished final presentations or models.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills combined with strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows while applying independent critical thinking and quality control.
• Strong communication skills, business judgment, and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote contract environment.
