Growth Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager based in Brazil.

In this role, you will take ownership of organic growth initiatives across content, SEO, and social media within a fast-paced, AI-driven marketing environment. You will be responsible for designing and executing scalable growth strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and acquisition across digital channels. This is a highly hands-on position where you will create, optimize, and distribute content while leveraging AI tools to accelerate execution and improve output quality. You will work across multiple functions including design, development, and marketing operations to build and refine scalable systems that support long-term growth. Success in this role requires a strong balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and operational discipline. You will play a key role in transforming content and SEO strategies into measurable business impact. Accountabilities:

• Design and execute organic growth strategies across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Create, manage, and distribute marketing content such as blogs, social media assets, and PR materials.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) to support content ideation, copywriting, and content repurposing at scale.
• Plan and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, backlink development, and technical optimization.
• Conduct competitor analysis and SEO audits using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Surfer SEO.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to support website updates, landing pages, and content infrastructure improvements.
• Manage marketing operations, reporting, and performance tracking using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate campaign execution across teams using Slack, Asana, and other collaboration tools.
• Continuously test, adopt, and integrate AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and output quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and organic growth strategies.
• Strong background in content creation and content marketing (blogs, digital assets, and social content).
• Experience working across marketing, design, and development teams in a collaborative environment.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar tools.
• Experience with marketing tools including Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and organic acquisition strategies.
• Nice to have: experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, or headless CMS platforms like WordPress or ASTRO.
