GTM AI Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM AI Operations based in Mexico.

In this role, you will design, build, and scale intelligent outbound workflows that improve pipeline creation, seller productivity, and operational efficiency. You will combine technical expertise, marketing operations knowledge, and AI capabilities to create repeatable solutions across modern GTM platforms. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams, you will turn emerging AI technologies into practical business outcomes. Accountabilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered outbound systems that automate account sourcing, contact discovery, research, prioritization, personalization, sequencing, and engagement workflows.
• Build scalable GTM automation processes that integrate platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, enrichment providers, sequencing platforms, and workflow orchestration solutions.
• Develop repeatable AI-driven workflows that move beyond experimentation and deliver measurable improvements in outbound efficiency and pipeline generation.
• Optimize targeting strategies through AI-assisted segmentation, signal-based prioritization, automated enrichment, and intelligent workflow management.
• Rapidly prototype, launch, measure, and improve GTM systems while identifying opportunities to increase productivity and reduce manual operational work.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Data teams to identify business challenges and deliver practical automation solutions.
• Continuously improve workflow reliability, scalability, and performance through testing, troubleshooting, and iteration.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with modern GTM systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, outbound engagement platforms, enrichment tools, and revenue operations technologies.
• Hands-on experience building workflows and automations using platforms such as Clay, Openprise, Zapier, Replit, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of outbound operations, account and lead flows, enrichment strategies, segmentation, and GTM data management.
• Practical experience applying AI and automation to business workflows, beyond basic experimentation.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt workflows, structured outputs, AI-assisted personalization, and integrating AI results into operational systems.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, automation logic, and lightweight scripting for connecting systems and improving processes.
• Knowledge of agentic workflows, MCPs, RAG, embeddings, or AI orchestration frameworks is considered an advantage.
• Ability to independently build and operationalize solutions from concept through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable using no-code, low-code, and lightweight development approaches to deliver efficient solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
