This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling the entire legal function within a fast-growing, tech-driven organization focused on transforming corporate mobility. You will act as a key business partner, ensuring legal security while enabling agility and supporting the company’s expansion. The position involves overseeing critical legal domains such as contracts, corporate governance, litigation strategy, and compliance. You will work closely with executive leadership, influencing decision-making and contributing directly to business strategy. Accountabilities:
- Lead and structure all legal operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, security, and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and review commercial contracts, partnerships, and strategic agreements to support business growth.
- Oversee corporate governance and societary matters, ensuring proper legal structuring and compliance.
- Coordinate litigation strategy and manage legal disputes with a preventive and risk-oriented approach.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across all operations.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, supporting decision-making with legal and business insights.
- Build and develop the legal department from the ground up, establishing processes, governance, and best practices.
- Law degree with active OAB registration.
- Solid experience in corporate legal roles with strong exposure to contracts, corporate law, litigation, and compliance.
- Proven leadership experience, including building or structuring legal teams or departments.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect legal matters to business outcomes.
- Hands-on profile, with ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders.
- Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Interest and curiosity about technology and the application of AI in legal processes (nice to have, not required experience).
