In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the employee lifecycle within a large, mission-driven organization supporting hundreds of thousands of members. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR data, executing core HR transactions, and supporting compliance across multiple systems and processes. Working closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and Total Rewards teams, you will help ensure seamless coordination and a high-quality employee experience. This position combines operational excellence with continuous improvement, offering the opportunity to optimize workflows and strengthen HR service delivery. You will also contribute to reporting, audits, and HR analytics that support strategic decision-making. Accountabilities

  • Support end-to-end HR operations by processing employee lifecycle events such as hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and compensation updates while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and audit HRIS data integrity, ensuring employee records are accurate, secure, and aligned with organizational and legal requirements.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and data insights to support operational, compliance, and leadership decision-making.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, delivering timely and high-quality support to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Total Rewards, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of employee changes and issue resolution.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and personnel file management in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, enhance automation, and contribute to HR transformation initiatives and projects.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR shared services environments.
    • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or UKG.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze HR data effectively.
    • Solid understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
    • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
