This role is central to ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle. You will support HR systems, processes, and data integrity while acting as a key point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in maintaining reliable HRIS records, executing employee transactions, and improving operational workflows. You will collaborate closely with Payroll, Finance, Total Rewards, and IT teams to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery. The environment is highly process-driven, with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and employee experience. Accountabilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee data across HRIS platforms, ensuring consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with internal and legal requirements.
  • Process end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and compensation updates.
  • Support HR system maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements in collaboration with IT and HR teams.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries, delivering timely and accurate support to employees and managers.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of personnel records, both digital and physical, in alignment with audit and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Support compliance activities, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or similar HR support roles.
    • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Solid understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance standards.
    • High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Experience supporting process improvements and HR operational projects is a plus.
