HR & Talent Acquisition Generalist

This role plays a key part in strengthening regional people operations across Latin America by supporting both HR and Talent Acquisition activities in a highly distributed, mission-driven environment. You will contribute to the delivery of consistent HR services across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with local labor laws, internal policies, and global HR standards. Acting as a key liaison between employees, managers, and global People teams, you will help improve HR systems, processes, and employee experience. The position combines operational HR execution with advisory responsibilities, requiring strong organizational and analytical capabilities. You will also support recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and HR data management using systems such as Workday. This is a collaborative and multicultural role, offering exposure to regional HR strategy and global stakeholders. Accountabilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support across multiple Latin American countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.
- Act as a Workday system reference point for regional HR operations, including troubleshooting, reporting, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Support recruitment activities by assisting with job descriptions, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer-related processes.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to enhance hiring processes, employer branding materials, and recruitment outreach initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making and leadership needs.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth, consistent, and compliant experience for new employees across the region.
- Serve as an advisor to employees and managers on HR-related topics, including policies, compensation frameworks, and organizational procedures.
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent HR experience.
- Experience in HR operations or generalist roles across multiple countries, ideally within Latin America.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday, including reporting and data management functions.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, including candidate screening, job description development, and hiring coordination.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance in a regional or multi-country environment.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills to manage HR data and reporting needs.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with advanced English communication skills for global collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
