Human Resources Manager

This role serves as a key strategic and operational HR leadership position within a fast-paced, international, and fully remote environment. You will act as the main people partner for local operations, ensuring that HR strategies are effectively adapted to the Brazilian context while remaining aligned with global objectives. The position combines hands-on HR operations with strategic advisory responsibilities, covering the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You will play a central role in improving processes, strengthening compliance, and enhancing the overall employee experience. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and digital transformation, you will also contribute to optimizing HR systems and introducing automation solutions. Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for leading HR operations and strategic people initiatives for the Brazilian entity while ensuring alignment with global HR standards and business goals.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations matters and ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor laws and union regulations.
- Lead performance management cycles, supporting managers in coaching, development planning, and performance improvement.
- Oversee HR data integrity within HRIS systems and leverage analytics to generate workforce insights.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate compensation processes and reporting.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding.
- Drive HR process optimization through the implementation of automation and AI-based solutions.
- Support engagement and retention initiatives using employee feedback and survey data.
- Contribute to the execution of global HR programs adapted to the local context.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HR business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law and union compliance requirements.
- Experience working in international or multinational organizations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for global communication.
- Experience using HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR data for decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
