Accountabilities:

• Deliver live training sessions for beginner and intermediate-level audiences, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Design and structure comprehensive learning paths that align with technical and professional development objectives.
• Develop practical labs, real-world case studies, assessments, and performance evaluations to reinforce learning outcomes.
• Record and produce high-quality e-learning content for self-paced educational programs.
• Demonstrate and teach technology solutions, workflows, and platform functionalities through hands-on instruction.
• Utilize content creation, video editing, and generative AI tools to optimize educational materials, scripts, and learning resources.
• Continuously improve training methodologies, content quality, and learner engagement through feedback and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as an instructor, trainer, teacher, facilitator, or learning professional.
• Strong technical knowledge of scripting, APIs, workflow automation, and related technologies.
• Experience teaching or supporting solutions such as ITSM platforms, application development tools, workflow design, or service portals.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
• Demonstrated familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with content creation and video editing tools such as Canva, Camtasia, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.
• Relevant certifications and practical experience with automation, chatbot technologies, AI assistants, or platform administration are considered a plus.
