This role is focused on driving early-stage customer activation and ensuring new users successfully adopt and engage with a digital application.
You will play a key part in transforming new registrations into active, recurring customers through proactive outreach and continuous engagement.
The position requires a hands-on, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer experience and conversion performance.
You will guide users through onboarding, helping them understand and navigate the platform to maximize adoption.
A key part of your work will involve identifying friction points in the user journey and contributing ideas to improve activation rates.
You will collaborate closely with commercial, operations, and technology teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they understand and successfully use the application.
  • Drive the conversion of newly registered users into active, recurring buyers through proactive engagement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to activation, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Identify barriers in user experience and propose actionable improvements to increase engagement and usability.
  • Conduct active outreach to customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels.
  • Develop and support action plans aimed at improving customer engagement and purchase frequency.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams to continuously improve the customer journey.
  • Contribute to the optimization of activation processes and customer success strategies.
  • Requirements

    • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or similar client-facing roles.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and communication platforms such as WhatsApp Business.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
    • Resilience in handling objections and rejection in a customer-facing environment.
    • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on user experience and customer outcomes.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple customer interactions.
