This role is focused on driving strategic business growth through high-impact B2B sales within the enterprise technology services space, with a strong emphasis on the São Paulo market. You will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with senior decision-makers, particularly in technology departments of medium and large enterprises. Operating in a highly consultative sales environment, you will act as a trusted advisor, identifying client needs and translating them into tailored outsourcing solutions. The role demands a proactive hunter mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. You will collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service capabilities. This is a high-visibility position where your work directly contributes to revenue growth and market expansion.


Accountabilities:

  • Drive new business development within enterprise accounts through proactive prospecting and hunting activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and key decision-makers in target organizations
  • Manage full B2B consultative sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and closing
  • Develop account strategies, stakeholder mapping, and structured pipeline management in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial proposals with technical delivery and operational capacity
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to generate actionable commercial insights
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in enterprise or long-cycle environments
    • Strong track record in new business acquisition (hunter profile)
    • Experience selling IT services, outsourcing, or body shop solutions
    • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders such as CIOs, Heads of IT, and Technology Managers
    • Strong skills in CRM management, pipeline tracking, negotiation, and sales forecasting
    • Background in Business, Administration, or related fields is preferred
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
