Working closely with product, branding, and engineering teams, you will create scalable design systems and polished interfaces that balance aesthetics with usability. Accountabilities:

• Lead the creation and evolution of scalable design systems aligned with accessibility standards and strong visual consistency across digital platforms.
• Design high-quality user interfaces focused on usability, clarity, and inclusive experiences for diverse audiences, especially older adults.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and brand teams to transform ideas into functional and visually engaging digital experiences.
• Develop prototypes, interaction flows, and visual concepts using Figma and modern UI design methodologies.
• Conduct design QA and support implementation processes to ensure fidelity between design and development.
• Participate in usability testing and continuously refine interfaces based on user feedback, behavioral insights, and accessibility considerations.
• Establish visual standards and interactive patterns that strengthen trust, engagement, and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Explore innovative UI trends, interaction models, and accessibility best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI or Visual Designer working on digital products and scalable design systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, auto-layout, and collaborative workflows.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards, inclusive design principles, and usability best practices.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams within agile development environments.
• Ability to create polished visual compositions with exceptional attention to hierarchy, spacing, typography, and detail.
• Experience conducting or participating in usability evaluations and iterative design processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including product, branding, and technology.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in interface design, design systems, and user-centered digital experiences.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity for UI trends, and a passion for solving complex user experience challenges creatively.
