Líder de Automação de Testes SAP

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Líder de Automação de Testes SAP based in Brazil.

This is a senior leadership role focused on driving test strategy and quality across complex SAP projects.
You will lead testing initiatives spanning SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, and automated testing environments.
The role combines strategic planning, hands-on oversight, team leadership, and quality governance.
You will establish robust testing processes, monitor execution, and ensure defects and risks are managed effectively.
Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you will provide executive reporting and actionable quality metrics.
The position also involves integrating testing with DevOps, CI/CD, and ALM practices to strengthen delivery processes.
This is a 100% remote opportunity with availability required to work within European time zones.

Accountabilities:

• Design, document, and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and governance processes for SAP projects.
• Develop and oversee test automation strategies using Tosca Tricentis, ensuring effective coverage and reliable execution.
• Lead and manage testing teams and resources, coordinating activities across complex project environments.
• Monitor test execution, track progress, and ensure timely identification and resolution of defects.
• Manage testing-related defects, risks, dependencies, and escalation processes to maintain delivery quality.
• Drive continuous improvement across testing processes, standards, methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
• Manage stakeholder communication through executive-level reporting, testing metrics, progress updates, and quality insights.
• Support the integration of testing activities with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM tools.
• Contribute to budget planning and cost management for testing activities and resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Activate is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience managing testing activities, teams, or testing functions.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Tosca Tricentis is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and overseeing automated testing strategies.
• Previous experience working on SAP projects in complex delivery environments.
• Fluent English is mandatory for effective communication with international stakeholders.
• Availability to work fully remotely and operate according to European time-zone requirements.
• Strong leadership, organization, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with work management and ALM tools such as DevOps, Cloud ALM, or JIRA is considered a plus.
