This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Membership Growth Operations based in Mexico.

This role is central to coordinating and enabling global membership growth initiatives across multiple regions and teams.
You’ll bring operational rigor to strategic growth programs, helping leadership identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
The position combines project coordination, membership operations, communications, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll connect regional growth teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring priorities, processes, and information remain aligned.
You’ll also support membership applications, chapter launches, events, reporting, and vendor relationships.
The role suits an organized, analytical, and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities across cultures and time zones.

Accountabilities

  • Support Growth Membership Managers across four global regions by reviewing and synthesizing monthly meeting notes, identifying recurring recruitment themes, and highlighting potential cross-regional opportunities.
  • Prepare growth summaries, trend reports, and insights for senior growth leadership to support informed decision-making and global alignment.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, communications, follow-ups, and related logistics.
  • Manage internal communication channels and create regular newsletters and updates to keep growth stakeholders informed and connected.
  • Support the planning, content development, logistics, and coordination of growth-related events and leadership sessions.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for membership qualification questions and other membership-related inquiries.
  • Track and coordinate applications and prospects throughout the membership process, ensuring alignment with established membership standards.
  • Provide operational support for regional onboarding, training, and other membership activities.
  • Coordinate the application and launch preparation process for new chapters, working with regional, technical, and administrative teams to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, deliverables, task lists, meeting documentation, and follow-up actions for key growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors when required, ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality and timing expectations.
  • Conduct monthly audits, manage surveys and feedback processes, and monitor engagement and application flows to identify operational improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a primary liaison across leadership development, recruitment, member engagement, and accelerator functions to strengthen alignment and consistency.
  • Help develop frameworks, processes, and operating models that improve effectiveness across the growth leadership community.
  • Take on additional growth and organizational expansion initiatives as required.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in growth, development, membership, operations, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, with a demonstrated record of successfully delivering projects.
    • Experience driving growth initiatives and achieving membership or recruitment objectives, ideally within a membership-based organization or association.
    • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and translate strategic objectives into organized, actionable execution plans.
    • Experience with event management, including program budgets and marketing coordination, is an advantage.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a professional and diplomatic approach to working with entrepreneurs and senior stakeholders.
    • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and other technologies used to track recruitment and growth performance.
    • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
    • Demonstrated experience using data to optimize growth, recruitment, engagement, or membership strategies.
    • Collaborative and self-directed working style, with the ability to operate independently while contributing effectively within a global team.
    • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
    • Comfortable working across cultures, geographies, and multiple time zones.
    • Flexible, curious, and willing to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
    • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to support regional and chapter growth initiatives.
    • Comfortable participating in occasional early-morning or evening meetings to accommodate global time zones.
